Winx™ Pro Source Code Sale

Winx™ Pro has been in active development since 1986 and still has active customers. I'm closing my Eyecare Practice Management company in 2012. Winx™ Pro has so many wonderful features and our clients love the program. I'd like to see Winx™ Pro live on in some fashion so I'm now making the source code available for purchase.

What are the restrictions?

Only two, that you don't resell (or give away) the source code or use the Winx™ name. It's intended for you to run your own practice or to sell (in compiled form) to others.

What commission does Babcock, Ltd. make?

Zero, nada, none. You keep it all.

Is there support?

I'll consider this on a time and material basis. However, the main goal is to hand over the source to another developer.

Is this for real?

Absolutely. I can provide you with customer references. I can give you a demo and a peek at the source through a webinar.

What's Winx™ written in?

The source code was completely rewritten for 4D version 2004. It can be upgraded to 4D version 12 with some modification to the code. 4D licenses are purchased seperately. Check out 4D.com for pricing.

Sounds great, how much is it?

You'll get the whole code base for $7,500. Most practice management software sells for about $15,000 and you have to pay thousands in annual license costs. Of course, you won't get source code either.
